Reconocida Agencia marítima incorpora Ejecutivo de cuentas / OUTSIDE SALES con experiencia previa en desarrollo de negocios en el rubro. Deberá cumplir con la experiencia previa ejercida en Agencias marítimas, transportes marítimo, forwarders o similares.
Realizará reuniones y visitas a clientes fuera de la empresa. Comercializará espacios en buques, fletes, marítimo, multimodal, servicios y valor agregado importaciones y exportaciones. La principal función del cargo OUTSIDE SALES es trabajar con su cartera de exportación e importación, carga dry y reefer, haciéndose cargo de las cotizaciones. Tendrá objetivos de desarrollo de cuentas nuevas.
SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:
1.
Have ownership of sales activities under his/her wallet in line with business plan focused on materializing the budget and goals set (exports & imports);
2. To ensure a steady business growth based on profitability and group policies;
3. To lead transversally the internal stakeholders to provide regular feedbacks, making sure that troops are aligned, engaged and motivated for the challenges;
4. Analyze statistical data to detect business opportunities related to accounts under his/her wallet;
5. To use LISA/CRM inserting all key information with accuracy, data quality and on a timely manner respecting the deadlines;
6. To provide regular and accurate information for the commercial forecast and follow it up closely, adjusting every deviation whenever necessary;
7. To build an activity plan for the week in anticipation taking into consideration needs, scenario and strategic demands;
8. To make sure to cover 100% of customers under his/her wallet as CV and manage information for UCV;
9.
To follow up regularly the filling factor of services and contribute pro-actively to achieve collective goals by exploring spot opportunities whenever necessary;
10. To perform regular personal calls, as well as, entertainment initiatives with customers under his/her wallet observing the policy and approval commercial manager;
11. Build a steady and professional communication channel with all stakeholders;
12. Have the teamwork spirit, maximize inter-office /departmental cohesion with a view to optimal results;
13. To provide regular, timely and accurate information to management as established and/or whenever required;
14. To promote joint initiatives with group companies, e.g. CEVA and MERCOSUL LINE whenever required;
15. To follow and act actively towards biggest financial debtors in order to speed up the resolution of problem;
16. To build a consistent relationship with strategic customers at senior level, in order to ensure a steady relationship,
as well as to create opportunities to enlarge strategic alliances through developing opportunities for the group;
17. To represent and promote company in relevant events as trade fairs, seminars, events promoted by customers and/or official entities related to our business segment;
18. Be accountable for the golden rule tasks expected for the position and expressed in targets as sales calls, sales leads;
19. Have the ownership to promote Multimodal activities as Carrier Haulage & Agent Haulage (2 alternatives of products), as well as achieving goals set by the management;
20. To communicate to official channels in the company, occurrences, practices or behavior not in line with company’s policy & values;
Requisitos:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related.
- IT and System Requirements:
Good level of Microsoft Office, CRM tools.
- Language: English (advanced to fluent).
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of Industry Experience.
