Descripción general / **Responsabilidades**:
Wood Applied Intelligence Business Unit is looking for a self-starting Business Development Professional

**Primary Responsibilities/Functions**:

- ** Sales**: Development of successful account management leading to new project orders to support the office in the targeted vertical markets.
- ** Customer Management**: Responsible for developing and implementing account management and strategic account management plans for targeted clients.
- ** Alignment with Sales Team**: Participate with all company sales leadership in developing and maintaining consistencies across sales both with respect to customer interaction and with respect to the company's internal systems, processes and tools.




- ** Compliance**: Maintain full compliance with the company's code of business conduct.
Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all governmental regulations and corporate safety guidelines.
- ** Other Responsibilities**:

- Early identification of prospect
- Development of opportunity "win strategies"
- Lead proposal efforts

Habilidades / Cualificación:
**Education**
- University Degree (Engineering) in related technical discipline
- English speaker

**Experience**
- 5-years plus post graduation work experience attained in Automation and Control or similar positions.
- Understanding of
- Automation platforms including PLCs, DCS/SIS, ICSS, SCADA
- Remote and Intelligent Operations (artificial intelligence apps)
- Experience selling to the target industry at the mid management level.
- Expertise in sales processes and sales operations
- Experience in dealing with changing deadlines

**Skills**
- High commercial & technical capabilities
- Negotiation skills,



able to achieve successful outcomes that achieve the required objectives
- Skilled in oral and written communication with demonstrated ability developing and delivering effective presentations to customers
- Good understanding of the commercial drivers in our business.
- Experience in a proposal's development role would be advantageous
