About the Role:Join our leading creative agency as the Global Head of Design. This pivotal role involves steering the design team to deliver high-impact, innovative, and consistent design solutions across global markets. Your leadership will ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and expand motion graphics projects,
directing the visual narrative with expert design and pacing.
- Develop intricate motion graphics and animations for digital and social media platforms.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring error-free outputs.
- Lead and manage a small team of motion designers, overseeing project execution and quality control.
- Serve as the main point of contact for motion design projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce cohesive content and contribute creative ideas.
- Implement quality assurance to meet brand standards.
- Stay updated with motion graphics trends to introduce innovative and efficient solutions.
- Master Adobe Suite tools, primarily After Effects and Cinema 4D, and possess familiarity with MAYA for fast-turn adjustments.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Qualifications:
- 7 - 10 years' experience in motion design delivering expert level motion work.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere.
- Advanced understanding of Cinema 4D, Blender, and Maya.
- Extensive experience in motion graphics and video editing within a global brand or agency.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- AI tool management/prompting highly appreciated.
- Understanding of brand guidelines and quality standards.
