How you will contribute
You will:
- Execute the business analytics agenda in conjunction with analytics team leaders.
- Work with best-in-class external partners who leverage analytics tools and processes.
- Use models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.
- Execute the business analytics agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver.
What you will bring

- Using data analysis to make recommendations to analytic leaders.
- Understanding of best-in-class analytics practices.
- Knowledge of Indicators (KPIs) and scorecards.
- Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau, Excel, Alteryx, R, Python, etc. is a plus.
What you need to know about this position:
The Analytics Team's role is to provide data and business insights to achieve the targets, catch opportunities, and mitigate risks. For this, we have to ensure the "Data Driven Decision Making Process". Our way of work is always Consumer Centric; it's a dynamic position working with different areas from Southern Cone, from other BUs, and from global teams. You will be a key stakeholder in the definition of the strategy for the BU, working with multiple data sources and suppliers. Job specific requirements:
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills are a MUST.
• Graduate or near to graduate from Economics field degree (Economist, Management, other) or similar.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• It's a plus to have knowledge about Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Enthusiasm, motivation, and a new analytical perspective.
Work schedule:
Hybrid and flexible, commonly going to the office two days a week but may be needed for specific reasons to go one more day or one less.
No Relocation support available.

Mondelēz Southern Cone represents Mondelez International operations in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay. We produce over 40 iconic and delicious brands with more than 400 products including Milka, Oreo, Cadbury, and Tang, and local jewels like Cerealitas, Terrabusi, and Clight, among others.
