About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and drive engagement across multiple digital channels. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the founder to craft and execute creative content strategies that align with Sanctum Brand’s voice, analyze performance data to optimize growth,



and stay ahead of trends to keep us relevant and competitive. As a key member of our team, you’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make a real impact on our brand’s reach and engagement.

Who We're Looking For

- A creative and results-driven social media expert with a passion for storytelling.
- Expertise in creating engaging content, including Reels, TikToks, and visually compelling posts, with a strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
- Ability to turn insights into actionable strategies to drive growth and engagement.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A strategist that can envision and effectively tell our brand story in a way that is engaging, authentic, and distinctive and connect with target audiences effectively.

Qualifications

- At least 3+ years of experience in social media management.
- Expertise in content creation, including Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube.
- Strong visual, video, and photography skills.
- Knowledge of pop culture and trends,



with the ability to create content that appeals to our audience and algorithms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; as part of a small but growing team, you’re willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
- Proficiency in creative-based software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
- Ability to write captions for social media posts.
- Must speak, read, and write advanced English.
- Working knowledge of tools like Later.com, Slack, Gmail, ChatGPT, and Notion.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
- Must have your own laptop.
- Nice to Haves:
- Demonstrated experience in brand strategy, world building, and content production.
- Growth marketing experience: driving business growth through strategic, data-driven marketing initiatives.

This may seem like multiple roles in one, but that’s the name of the game for a startup, and workloads will be evenly dispersed. Overall, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and help execute a cohesive social strategy for the world to see.

Initially, social media content creation will be the focus, while brand strategy tasks will later blend into the role. The above qualifications are not all requirements, but would be highly valuable as this role could transition into a leadership position overseeing comprehensive efforts across multiple marketing disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Ideate and create cohesive, engaging, on-brand content for our social media accounts. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and freelancers to expand content production. Write compelling captions, email copy,



and promotional material.
- Social Media Management: Grow Sanctum’s online media presence across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, email, etc), schedule posts, and organize assets. Test and iterate content formats, doubling down on what works.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community and foster meaningful interactions.
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Track and analyze performance metrics for campaigns and content. Discover and follow relevant trends. Test new ideas, formats, and channels to identify growth opportunities.
- Marketing Strategy: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to support product launches, campaigns, and long-term growth. Manage budgets for marketing initiatives and analyze ROI to optimize spending. Develop email marketing strategies, including list building, segmentation,



and automation.
- Brand Development: Refine Sanctum Brand’s voice, mission, and positioning across all channels. Ensure brand consistency across visual, written, and experiential touchpoints. Participate in creation of seasonal themed shoots. We need to tell the Sanctum story in a cohesive, authentic, and entertaining way across all channels. Brand "world building".
