Position : Remote Recruiter

Position Overview :
As a Remote Recruiter at Blue Mountain Loans, you will play a critical role in helping us attract and hire top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making job offers.
This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
2. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
5. Manage the candidate experience and ensure a positive and timely recruitment process
6. Conduct reference checks and assist with the negotiation and preparation of job offers
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our applicant tracking system
8. Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes and procedures
Qualifications :
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a remote setting
2. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent
3.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficient in using various recruitment tools and platforms
7. Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
