We’re looking for a Sr Documentation Specialist who’s passionate about driving excellence in technical communication and leading collaborative teams. You’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing the production of high-quality documentation that bridges the gap between technical and product teams, ensuring clarity, consistency, and timely delivery.
Here’s what you’ll work on:
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and documentation, ensuring accurate and clear communication of complex technical information.
- Ensure all technical documentation is accurate, clear, and aligned with company quality standards.
- Oversee the comprehensive development of a centralized Knowledge Base.
- Lead and manage the Technical Writers team, ensuring efficient task allocation and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, support) to prioritize and define documentation requirements.
- Design and supervise workflows, metrics, and tools to measure team productivity and impact.
- Write, edit, and review complex technical content when needed.
- Implement best practices for documentation production, keeping it up to date with new product versions or features.
About You:
You are a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and extensive technical knowledge. You’re excited about being a bridge between technical teams and users, ensuring complex solutions are effectively communicated.
What makes you a great fit:
- 6+ years in Technical Writing roles, with at least 3 years of experience managing teams or projects.
- Advanced English proficiency, especially written.
- Experience with Citrix, VMware, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with software development processes and languages like JavaScript, C++, Delphi, or similar.
- Knowledge of remote access technologies and desktop virtualization.
- Familiarity with API documentation processes and user guides for end-users.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Asana.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions, and guide teams to achieve objectives.
- Experience with SaaS products or B2B technology environments is a plus!
