About This Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator for Supply Chain to manage supply planning, procurement, and supplier coordination within a growing consumer brand.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supply chain operations, strong NetSuite ERP and Excel skills, and the ability to oversee inventory and material planning processes.
Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement and vendor coordination for ingredients, packaging, and shipping materials.
Oversee purchase order (PO) tracking, approvals, and vendor pricing updates.
Monitor stock levels and allocate inventory across DTC, Amazon (FBA & AWD), and Wholesale channels (Chewy, Grove, bulk buyers).
Create and manage Amazon FBA replenishment shipments, including LTL, Small Parcel, and AWD shipments.
Coordinate shipments between manufacturers, 3PL partners, freight forwarders (CH Robinson, Cobalt), and Amazon logistics.
Troubleshoot fulfillment issues, including delays, damaged goods, and order discrepancies.
Track and forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonality.
Ensure compliance with international shipping, customs requirements, and Amazon policies.
Maintain backend operations in Extensiv, Cobalt, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Chewy Vendor Portal, and SPS Commerce.
Keep systems updated and maintain accurate data across platforms while updating SOPs.
Software/Platforms/Tools: Inventory & Order Management (Extensiv or Cobalt) E-commerce & Wholesale: Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Chewy Vendor Portal, SPS Commerce Logistics & Fulfillment: CH Robinson, Cobalt, Amazon FBA, AWD, AGL Qualifications: Must be an Argentinian citizen At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management Experience with Amazon FBA, AWD replenishment, and wholesale distribution Strong vendor management and procurement skills Proficiency in demand planning, inventory tracking,
and logistics coordination Hands-on experience with supply chain platforms and ERP systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency Strong communication skills for vendor and cross-functional team collaboration Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Shift Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm US EST ***Application Note : Applicants must submit their resumes in English to be considered for the role.
