We are starting with the $131 billion US parking real estate market because it is one of the most offline and mismanaged commercial real estate asset types. As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and parking garages, handling everything from advertising to collecting payments from drivers and enforcing against illegal parking.

WHY THIS ROLE MIGHT NOT BE FOR YOU
We are a startup, and at times the role may require long hours or working into the evening or during the weekend. There will be high expectations and lots of eyes on your projects.
As the Launch Operations Project Manager, you will manage numerous projects simultaneously with internal and external stakeholders. You must consider their opinions but also be able to justify decisions in the best interest of the company. Flexibility and direct communication are key to getting the job done within tight deadlines and ever-changing priorities.
THE ROLE
When AirGarage closes on a new location, several things must occur before the new facility is operational and ready for drivers. This includes signage (design, vendor coordination, installation), License Plate Reading (LPR) cameras (survey,
electrical work, installation), permitting, and more.
As the Launch Operations Project Manager, you will work with our Sales and Partner Success teams, as well as directly with our Landlord Partners to ensure the timely and successful launch of new AirGarage facilities. You should feel comfortable juggling multiple projects, developing new processes, coordinating with external vendors, and communicating project progress to stakeholders.
This unique position requires various skill sets: the ability to identify and negotiate with vendors, design and coordinate detailed launch plans, and communicate across different teams while maintaining high design standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Source and manage vendors to facilitate the installation of AirGarage signage, LPR system,
and assist with permit approvals to ensure successful launches of new facilities across the US and Canada.
2. Collaborate across internal teams including Sales, Partner (Customer) Success, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure seamless launches.
3. Work directly with external landlords to ensure our launch plan meets their standards and keep them informed of our progress.
4. Identify regulatory hurdles in each city and conduct permitting, licensing, and tax-related administrative work as required for site launch.
5. Diligently track completion of launch-related tasks and milestones, keeping Sales, Operations, and Partner Success updated on progress.
6. Innovate in our launch process, helping us improve as we continue to grow.
WHAT YOU NEED
1. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in different cities with varying degrees of difficulty and stakeholder input.
2.
The ability to facilitate seamless collaboration and communication across AirGarage’s internal teams, landlord partners, and external vendors.
3. Resourcefulness to overcome unforeseen delays and hurdles, operating comfortably in ambiguity.
4. Nice to have: Design skills (Figma experience), Salesforce experience.
