POSITION MISSION
Develop the client portfolio in the market by proactively identifying new sales opportunities, delivering service presentations and demos to potential clients, and coordinating the strategy for follow-up and relationship management to drive sales.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct prospecting activities to generate interest among potential clients.
- Hold business meetings with prospective clients, understanding their needs and promoting our well-being services.
- Prepare service proposals and negotiate economic scenarios for our products.
- Perform continuous follow-up on prospects with the aim of closing deals.
- Create KPI reports for their region.
- Keep records up-to-date in the CRM system.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience by seniority level:
- Jr: Between 1 and 2 years in B2B services/intangibles sales (mandatory).
- Semi-Sr: Between 3 and 4 years in B2B services/intangibles sales (mandatory).
- Sr: Over 5 years in B2B services/intangibles sales (mandatory).
Education:
- Graduate (mandatory) in Economics, Marketing, or Commercialization (preferred).
Knowledge:
- Advanced CRM knowledge (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (mandatory), especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Language: Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory).
- Availability: Full-time (09 am to 6 pm – Monday to Friday).
Work modality & location:
- Hybrid (2 to 3 office days per week). In Peru, we do not yet have an office. Initially, the position will be 100% remote, transitioning to a hybrid model later.
