Requirements:
? (HCM Core Product Areas)Proven experience with Workdayconfiguration in the following functional modules: HCM (Staffingand ESS), Security, Reporting and User Experience; havingexperience with HR Business processes related to these specificareas of Workday? General understanding of Cross Product functionality (e.g.Organizations, Language Translation, Job Catalog, Delegation,Branding, Cross-tenant configuration, etc.) as applicable toWorkday.? Comfort and strength participating in solutioning discussions andmaking decisions/conclusions related to enhanced functionalityand creative solutioning.? Keeping current on new functionality/features/capabilities ofWorkday,



current market trends, and other industry productsand technologies.? Proven functional delivery experience with iterative or agilesoftware development methodologies, specifically SAFe (ScaledAgile) experience preferred.
