Marketing and Business Development Manager
Infinite IT has grown globally and as a part of this growth, we are looking to hire full time people to help fuel our growth into new markets. This role is perfect for someone who wants to work from home full-time, is super hungry, tech-savvy, and can open the door to new opportunities for our company.
We are looking to add 2 people to our Argentina division in order to support our sales and marketing efforts across North America. The people will play an important part expanding revenue streams by qualifying and acquiring new leads across the SME segment.
You are an ideal candidate for this position if you have all of the following qualities and skills:
- International Business English at a C2 level (mandatory)
- Extremely HIGH confidence in reading, writing and speaking in English
- Sharp witted with solid writing and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pick up the phone and talk to people with high confidence
- Understanding of how technology works in a business world (100% B2B model)
- Strong ability to manage social networks (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook, Google, etc)
- Advanced knowledge using HubSpot's tools
- A desire to learn, excel and contribute in a fast-paced creative environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- An understanding of business operations
What you will do:
- Intelligently research, identify and prospect new leads and corporate opportunities.
- Extensive outbound calling a daily requirement.
- Maintain strong pre-sales activities and adhere to internal sales process.
- Present and explain 8IT's value proposition, products and services to partner with prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets daily, weekly, monthly.
- Actively contribute and consult on longer-term strategic sales direction.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Hubspot, tracking and recording activity.
- Possess a deep understanding of 8IT’s value proposition, processes and operations.
- Work with the different teams across the different regions to support them to achieve their revenue sales objectives.
What you will bring:
- Skilled in B2B sales
- Preferably advanced knowledge on how to use and manage HubSpot
- A positive attitude and mindset, with the drive to succeed and willingness to cold call.
- Ability to identify customer’s needs and map it to the solutions that 8IT offers.
- Ability to navigate challenging customer interactions.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Team oriented, self-motivated and ability to work unsupervised.
Your daily duties will include posting on social media to develop business, write blog entries, update our website with seasonal information, staying up-to-date on the latest trends in business technology and cyber security and using HubSpot to nurture marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads. You will also be facilitating qualification calls with prospects and eventually fully managing demonstrations and closing the business.
Compensation will scale based on sales performance. The more business you close, the more you will make. Compensation has a base salary plus a commission for each contract signed that you bring in.
