[QCF-564] - Supplier Quality Process Specialist

As Process And Methods Specialist, You Will

1. Learn & Develop Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power App Tools for North America Supplier Quality systems
2. Organize and maintain Team sites with appropriate information, i.e., FAQ's, work instruction, etc., in order to direct Supplier Quality Engineer's to needed information for increased job performance/efficiency
3. Provide coaching to Supplier Quality organization for all Supplier Quality IT systems
4. Make recommendations for modifications or technical solutions to increase effectiveness and efficiency
5. Support the development of Supplier Quality Leadership Goals
6. Interact with the Global Teams to develop new tools and processes

Basic Qualifications

1.



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum of 8 years relevant work experience
3. Success working with Power BI, SQL, & Palantir
4. Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
5. Ability to analyze and prioritize work to meet objectives

Preferred Qualifications

1. Knowledge of Supplier Quality Processes and IT Systems
2. Excellent analytical, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills
3. Ability to create dashboards with Power BI
4. Develop & Maintain SharePoint sites
5. Ability to develop PowerApps & Power Automate Flows
