Head of People & Culture
In charge of the People & Culture department, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan, develop, and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
2. People operations: compensation reviews and planning; benefits administration; payroll and reporting.
3. Recruiting and talent acquisition: leading a Talent Acquisition Specialist, defining and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the company with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
4. Employee development: develop and execute all learning and development initiatives and help drive a high-performance,
high-growth mindset that focuses on career development and growth.
5. Cultural: be a champion of our culture, helping the team understand and live our core values and mission.
Requisitos:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
2. Experience across the whole employee lifecycle, including experience with contracts, payroll processing, leadership development, talent management, compensation & benefits, and employment relations.
3. Experience in Digital Marketing / Media Agency and/or high tech industry will be an added advantage.
4. Good knowledge in LATAM labour laws and market practices.
5. Upper intermediate/advanced English.
This position is currently hybrid.
