Job Description

We are looking for a SAC B2B Sales Leader to join our B2B Sales Team, who will be in charge of the commercial relationship with large clients (companies, end clients, thermomechanical advisors, architects, development companies, investors and construction companies), and for the development of the necessary commercial strategies. Responsible for generating new business opportunities and for managing the commercial relationship with partners (distributors/channel/consultant and developers) for SAC in Argentina.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Manage the commercial strategy, channels, and pricing policies for the SAC B2B Sales Team. Responsible for the direct contact with architects, construction companies, developers (investors) and Real Estate in general,



and for the development of the strategy to be carried out by vertical (banks, large stores, residential buildings, hospitals, state buildings, etc.). Forecast planning, making adjustments and action plans.
- Analysis and search for new business opportunities (BO) and new segments. Responsible for the administration and monitoring of the BO's generated.
- Monitor, management and administration of all SAC Sales B2B KPIs. Responsible for contacting distributors for the administration of the Sell-In.

Requirements

- Graduates of industrial/civil/electromechanical engineering or related
- 5 years in similar positions
- Advanced-intermediate level of English
- VRF knowledge (preferred)
