**Job description**:
As part of the mobility team you would work on different process of the Assignee Life Cycle (incl. sub processes such as assignment initiation, meeting scheduling process, escalation processes, Tax Questionnaire deployment, Tax Return preparation process etc.).
High quality, efficiency and good communication skills are the key success factors for this role.
The role requires constant interacting with the clients/expatriates in English language.
**Specific activities - Senior**:
Execution of the full scope of activities associated with the Assignee Life Cycle including but not restricted to:
- Client initiations, meeting coordination and communications
- Document collection and review
- US Tax return preparation and review for Individuals
- Review and response to US Tax Authorities’ notices
- Frequent preparation and review of US-expatriate specific forms (Form 2555, Form 1116, Form 8938, Form 8621)
- Tracking or relevant documentation
- Writing internal & external communications in English
- Billing
- Global coordination of clients
- Work on a Global Team (Argentina, US, India)
- Deliver on accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness in tasks
- Own accountability for performance and quality metrics; SLA/KPI reports, client reporting, escalations, utilization and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve quality, business performance and process efficiency.
- Work flexibly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Share learning/insights with peers/juniors/managers.
- Complete performance review annually including goal settings and professional development activities for team members and helping them meet them throughout the year
- Escalate case or project issues in a timely manner with proactive solution-based approach
- Ensure on time delivery on all client deliverables.
- Attend mandatory trainings and courses.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced students or graduates in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, or similar careers.
- Fluent in English (The position requires to speak English on a daily basis).
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of US tax concepts for individuals
- Experience with expatriates specific tax forms (Desirable)
- Experience in other tax positions will be a plus.
- Full-time position, Location CABA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Exposure to quality control and risk management processes
- Ability to manage high volume in a high-pressure environment
- Proven administrative and organizational skills
- Proven skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power
Point)
