We are seeking an Account Manager to oversee client projects, ensuring effective communication, project execution, and task management.
The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, gather and document requirements, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and track progress using a task management system.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage multiple client projects,
ensuring all requirements are met.Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal/external teams.Gather and document client requirements to ensure clear project execution.Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to track progress and resolve issues.Use task management tools to organize and oversee project timelines.Support business process optimization and consulting initiatives. RequirementsAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role.Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.Proficiency in task management tools.Background in business process consulting is a plus.Knowledge of HubSpot is highly appreciated but not mandatory. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Microcentro/Retiro, Capital Federal.
Location: Microcentro/Retiro, Capital Federal (On-site)
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM.
