About the SAP Internship Experience Program
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic,
paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
What you’ll do
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Order Management Administrator
Expected start date: December 2024 or January 2025
Duration: 6 months up to 18 months
Work set-up: Hybrid
In this role, you will be part of the Order to Invoice department, which is customer-focused. The job’s tasks involve supporting the team’s daily operations, so your key responsibilities will include:
- Checking contracts
- Booking simple deals in the system
- Communicating with stakeholders
- Assisting multiple processes from the area.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Must be a current university student
- Open to different fields of study (preferably Finance, Administration, or other related careers)
- Willingness to work with standardized finance processes
- Knowledge in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Written and spoken advanced English is required
- Capable of welcoming changes and participating in SAP’s finance transformation journey
- Able to participate in problem-solving initiatives with an innovative approach
- Team player that shares responsibilities and tasks
