Senior Analyst, Global HR Operations - Performance
Description
The Senior Analyst, Global HR Operations - Performance will implement delivery of the Firm's end-to-end Global HR Operations processes related to Performance Management to achieve efficiency, quality, and enhanced employee experience leveraging relevant technology platforms.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain our Performance Management System and complete day-to-day tasks related to Performance Management Administration in adherence to SLAs and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with the Manager in developing, evaluating, and implementing initiatives and projects related to Performance Management.
3. Collaborate with our internal partners that include team members within,
but not limited to, IT, People, and local Talent Managers in solving complex issues related to Performance Management Administration.
4. Facilitate Performance Management Processes for BPPS and non-Principals.
5. Generate reports and manage major communication.
6. Train new team members based on the regional process they handle.
7. Execute projects relevant to the function with minimal supervision.
Skills and Experience:
1. A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other relevant courses or equivalent work experience.
2. Experience in HR, preferably in Talent or Data Management (experience in SuccessFactors Talent Management Administration will be an advantage).
3. Experience working in the Shared Services or BPO industry.
4. Exposed and participated in project management activities.
5. Able to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
6. Able to work with a virtual team.
7.
Experience in working in a Shared Services Environment and Performance Management Administration.
8. Preferred competencies: Strong Learning Agility, Attention to Detail, Critical Thinking and Stakeholder Management.
