Expected outcomes & responsibilities:
- To own the Product Development process:
- Benchmarking of similar products.
- Formula, products, boxes and jars production coordination.
- Product tests management.
- Communication with manufacturers and 3PL.
- Product launch coordination.
- Product Updates:
- Helping create a process for when product information needs to be updated, both on components, but also the website.
- Purchase Order Software implementation:
- Coordinate and participate in the research of tools.
- Discovery of partners.
- Conversion of data to the new software.
- Implementation and roll out.
- Develop project plans that outline dependencies, milestones, resource needs, and progress.
- Ensure successful execution of each project by understanding business needs, contexts, and deadlines.
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and ongoing performance to meet objectives and ensure satisfaction.
- Address issues, foster team collaboration, and proactively identify and resolve challenges.
- Ensure that project outcomes align with expectations, guidelines, and scope.
- Lead meetings and working sessions with cross-functional teams, setting clear expectations and action items to ensure effectiveness.
- Keep all stakeholders aligned on project scope, objectives, and framework.
- Design and maintain the project framework to meet the needs of teams, initiatives, and the company.
Experience/Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects.
- Experience managing operations initiatives.
- Proficiency in implementing and facilitating Scrum methodologies, including estimation and roadmap alignment as required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach to overcoming project challenges.
- Ability to align projects with the company’s strategic goals and deliver impactful solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of the company, teams, and initiatives.
