Thrives when given the opportunity to interact with othersExpected OutcomesOwn the Forecast: Synthesize an understanding of (i) the business, (ii) our goals, and (iii) historical financial statements to maintain:a rolling 12 month three-statement financial plana rolling 26 week Cash flow forecastBuild and maintain business-unit dashboards: Provide insightful data to our business users on a regular basis using a combination of BI tools (Tableau, Rows, Google Sheets) to access data from our analytics warehouse (in Snowflake).Opportunity identification: Leverage your understanding of the company's financials to identify areas to increase profit and cash flow.Build accounting team & processes: After 6-12 months, transition our accounting & finance operations from an external contractor to in-house team by hiring,

Collaborated effectively in a remote environment, understanding U.S. accounting standards and business operations.Nice to haveExperience with the following tech stack: Data: Snowflake, Tableau, Fivetran, dbt, Census, RowsWorked in SaaS or E-commerce: Familiar with the financial metrics and operational challenges of subscription-based or online retail businesses.Understanding of modern digital marketing: Experience scaling businesses that rely on paid search and social, affiliate marketing, and influencer partnerships to drive revenue.Led an accounting close process: Managed month-end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, repeatability,
