Job Description: Product Manager - Data and BI Products About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of innovative analytics and BI products.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in product management, a passion for delivering value through data-driven solutions, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
This role is critical to driving the success of our data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Strategy and Roadmap DevelopmentDefine and maintain the product vision, roadmap,



and goals for data and BI products.Identify synergies between data products to maximize business value and efficiency.Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder priorities.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to elicit, refine, and finalize product requirements.Facilitate discussions to prioritize features and tasks, balancing strategic goals and technical feasibility.Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams to ensure consistent communication and understanding.Project Funding and Resource ManagementSupport manager to request funding and allocate resources for data product development.Collaborate with finance and project management teams to track budgets and ensure projects remain on schedule.Execution and DeliveryWork with data architects, engineers, and analysts to translate requirements into actionable development tasks.Manage the product backlog,



ensuring it is prioritized and continuously refined.Define success metrics and oversee testing to validate that deliverables meet requirements.Knowledge Sharing and Continuous ImprovementDocument and share insights, best practices, and lessons learned to enhance future product development efforts.Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the business and product development team.Required Skills and Qualifications ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role in data or software solutions.Proven experience working with data products or solutions such as BI tools, analytics platforms, or data pipelines.Technical KnowledgeFamiliarity with modern data technologies, including cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud), analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and data transformation frameworks (e.g., dbt).Strong understanding of software product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Experience with tools like Jira, ClickUp,



or similar platforms for backlog and project management.Leadership and CommunicationFluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across technical and non-technical teams.Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful products.Analytical and Strategic ThinkingAbility to analyze data, identify opportunities, and translate them into actionable initiatives.Proven track record of defining and measuring success metrics for data products.Soft SkillsOrganized, detail-oriented,



and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Proactive problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.Adaptable and open to working in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.Preferred Qualifications Project Management or Business Analyst certifications.
