Our client, a US-based ecommerce company, is seeking a talented Creative Lead to join their team. As the Creative Lead, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and strategy of the company's branding and marketing efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative campaigns that drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
1. Concept Development:
Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies that align with client objectives, target audience preferences, and brand identity.
2. Team Management: Lead and manage the creative team to produce high-quality and visually appealing designs across various platforms and channels.
3. Creative Direction: Provide artistic direction and guidance to the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, to ensure the development of high-quality and impactful creative assets.
4. Campaign Ideation: Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to brainstorm and conceptualize advertising campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand activations.
5. Visual Branding: Oversee the development of visual branding elements, including logos, graphics, imagery, and multimedia content.
6. Copywriting and Messaging: Review and approve copywriting and messaging for advertisements, marketing materials, and digital content.
7. Creative Production: Manage the production process for creative assets, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

Client Presentations: Present creative concepts, proposals, and campaign strategies to clients and stakeholders.
9. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and creative direction to the creative team.
10. Market Research and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices.
11. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of creative campaigns and initiatives.
12. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to develop compelling and engaging visual assets.
13. Media Buying: Manage media buying and interpret data to develop creative direction.
14. Campaign Management: Manage paid search campaigns and social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in a creative role,
preferably in an ecommerce or retail environment.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing a creative team.
3. Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape and digital marketing channels.
4. Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns.
5. Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns on major digital advertising platforms.
6. Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work across various platforms.
