JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
Country Marketing and Business Development Manager is a professional responsible for all Marketing and Business Development responsibilities in the Country of residence.
Essential Functions
- Contacting potential Entrepreneurs and Investors to develop relationships and new business opportunities.
- Maintaining current relationships with Entrepreneurs and Investors and identifying new potential opportunities.
- Developing new Business Development areas.
- Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of Products and Services of WINTELLTECH.
- Working closely with the Country Executive Vice-President.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, marketing, communication, business, or more than 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to express technical and non-technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Expert understanding of Services and Products of WINTELLTECH and ability to innovate new ways to enhance the productivity and profitability of Entrepreneurs and Investors.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.
- Innate drive to succeed and take initiative.
- Strong organizational talents and ability to work under pressure and in new environments.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages Marketing and Business Development in the Country of residence and is responsible for the Business Development of the assigned area.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional environment, visiting and connecting with Entrepreneurs and Investors. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a Part-time position, initially requiring a commitment to work at least 10 hours per week.
Travel
Travel will be local and international as required by the business.
Required Education and Experience
1. More than 5 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
2. Contracts and negotiation experience.
