About the Role: Join our leading creative industry agency as a UX/UI Mid Designer. You'll design and enhance user experiences across digital platforms, requiring creativity, a strong background in UX/UI design, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX/UI Design: Create seamless and engaging interfaces for websites, mobile apps,
and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaboration: Partner with creative, design, and development teams to ensure accurate and effective design implementation.
- Design Systems: Develop design systems, style guides, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and animations that enhance user experience.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine designs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all designs meet standards for usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve designs.
- User Research: Conduct research and usability tests to gather insights, using data to inform and improve design decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio.
- Skills: Proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma,
Adobe XD.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of UX principles, UI design, and usability testing. AI tool management/prompting highly appreciated.
- Communication: Excellent collaboration skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design or a related field.
