Your mission

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager inArgentina.

We need people who are passionate about the commercial world and have the desire to take on an ambitious commercial challenge to develop the position of BDM.

We are looking for a professional with experience in business development and sales of Software SaaS, preferably in the digital and physical identity sector, who will be settled in Argentina.

Integrated in the sales team, reporting to the Regional Director México & LATAM and with the objective of seeking, promoting and closing business opportunities for large companies and key accounts, you will be responsible for developing, among others, the following functions:





- Search for potential customers based on the strategy set by the Regional Director together with the CRO.
- Capture and understand the customer and what makes them tick to deliver consultative selling.
- Open new deals from leads, and execute all functions of the sales cycle, from cold calling, demonstration, offer, to negotiation, follow up and closing of the deal.
- Ensure proper recording of data in CRM as per instructions received.
- Carry out reports, bids, studies and presentations, as well as support all commercial action derived from the interaction with customers.
- Actively participate in face-to-face and digital marketing actions.

Your profile

- Previous experience selling technology. We want certain experience in consultative selling, and the ability to capture and understand the customer and what moves him/her.
- Having interesting networking in consultative selling and who can bring value to the Veridas project.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or similar,



as well as Vocational Training in commercial fields.The studies will be evaluated according to the experience and knowledge provided by the candidate.
- Languages: English fluent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development of large accounts in SaaS software development companies, digital identity, etc.
- Knowledge and demonstrable experience in negotiation and contracting in the field of Public Administrations.
- Other specific knowledge: Sales techniques, CRM
- Initiative, extroversion, results orientation, teamwork, communication, discipline, honesty, compliance orientation.
- To be located in Argentina and willingness to travel in the country and potentially to other countries in South America, mainly Chile and Uruguay.
