Position Summary
As a bilingual HR & Office Management Analyst you'll support the Company by managing the day-to-day tasks associated with setting up/running the office as well as executing HR processes in Argentina. You will be responsible for all HR/Facilities operations and will ensure all key policies and procedures are understood and implemented.
This is a true generalist position offering the opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, hiring and onboarding, exits, employee relations, HR administration, etc.
Role And Responsibilities
1. Help in all day-to-day HR Duties and office management, Facilities and vendors
2. Supporting on recruiting and hiring process
3. Be a point of contact for employees for HR/Office-related matters
4. Partner with the local HR Director and Senior Management team to ensure global initiatives are successfully implemented
5. Follow up training process and communications
6. Manage internal communications
7. Responsible for the coordination of office activities and management of multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines
8. Help with starters’ hiring process, including preparing employment contracts as well as any other hire-related documents, registering new hires with insurance/pension and other government bodies, delivering the HR induction to new hires,
liaising internally with IT & hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding
9. Managing all local employee benefits such as health insurance, pension funds, vacation allowances, etc.
10. Help with Performance Management and Talent Development processes
11. Providing inputs to payroll such as benefit changes, departures, leave requests, etc.
12. Preparing exit documentation and handling all exit processes such as returning laptops, closing accounts with IT, etc.
13. Ensure the office is compliant with local Health & Safety regulations
14. Management of the agenda of GM
15. Relationship with suppliers of office supplies
16. Perform related duties, as required
17. Attention to internal and external visits
Requirements
Essential
- 2 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources
- Advanced communication skills in Spanish and English are a must.
- Availability to work from the office site every day
- Strong analytical skills to propose 'what-if' scenarios
- Professional with planning and organization skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping attention to details
- Strong drive, and initiative, with an improvement-focused mindset
- Organizational and prioritization skills

Education
Advanced student or university degree in HR
