About The Role
As CRM, Content & Data Management Specialist for the Southern Cone, you will be responsible for in-depth performance assessment of digital driven activations across multiple touch points across the conversion funnel! Work closely with all marketing teams in target-setting and post-campaign evaluations. Do you have a clear understanding of how to bring to bear consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data? This is your role to build and deliver advanced,
personalized consumer experiences and services through multiple digital communication channels with a vision of winning consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business!
What You Will Do
1. Build and integrate performance campaigns to overall digital marketing strategy
2. Lead the management and administration of local social platforms guaranteeing the measurement & optimization of critical metrics
3. Translate digital communication efforts into conversion campaigns (generate traffic & sales)
4. Coordinate on content creation and optimization for performance campaigns & e-commerce environment
5. Own the implementation, consolidation and optimization of marketing eComm content
6. Write data analysis learning into campaign planning (1st- own sites & 3rd party data-retailers)
7. Lead & control administrative process for position activities: PO,
Billing process, reserves, etc.
What You Need (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related
- At least 5 years in similar positions in digital marketing
- Digital performance / digital analytics experience
- Key Collaborators management (Agency relationships)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Google tools advanced management
- Operative experience on media campaigns
- Advanced English Level
