Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360-degree campaigns.

Qué debes saber acerca de esta posición:
- Contribuir en el seguimiento mensual de los KPIs más relevantes de la marca: Volumen, share, distribución, Precio, Penetración y movimientos de la competencia.
- Planificación y ejecución de los planes anuales de marca: contribuir con el desarrollo e implementación de la campaña de comunicación de Terrabusi, desde la ideación hasta el seguimiento de la implementación.
- Realizar el seguimiento de los resultados de los proyectos y campañas implementadas, garantizar la entrega de los objetivos propuestos.
- Seguimiento y control mensual del presupuesto de la marca.
- Estudios de marca y proyectos de innovación: testeos cuantitativos y cualitativos.
Educación/ Titulaciones:
- Graduado de las licenciaturas en Marketing, Publicidad, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, o carreras afines.
Requisitos específicos del puesto:
- Al menos 3 años de experiencia en el área de Marketing o Trade Marketing.
- Nivel de Inglés Avanzado.
- Manejo de Paquete Office intermedio.
- Capacidad de trabajar proactivamente en equipos multifuncionales.
- Manejo de presupuesto (deseable).
- Experiencia en industria de consumo masivo (deseable).
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos.
