The Product Manager, Veterinary at Penn Foster Group will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of training programs for the veterinary industry.
Reporting to the VP of Product, Career & College, this individual will curate a product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the veterinary marketplace, including workers, employers, career paths, and competitors.
Essential Job Functions: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the veterinary technician role and related careers in veterinary healthConduct in-depth market research and analysis of career paths, training providers,



and employer needs in the industryMonitor market trends and competitor offerings to maintain our competitive edgeStay informed about industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact training needsDesign and drive the development of innovative training solutions that improve outcomes for our learners, with a primary focus on our Veterinary Technician Associates Degree programCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of training programsDevelop and maintain a product roadmap for the Veterinary vertical, aligning with company strategy and market demandsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to effectively position and promote our Veterinary programs in the marketAnalyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve our offerings, with a dual focus on both learner and company successKnowledge, Skills, Abilities: 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in education technology or related industryDemonstrated ability to understand and translate complex market needs into actionable product requirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision makingExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWillingness and ability to travel for market research and networking purposesPreference given to candidates with prior experience or subject matter expertise in veterinary health, online learning, or career trainingAbout Us: At Penn Foster Group, we are transforming online learning to help learners by bringing together Penn Foster, CareerStep, Ashworth College, James Madison High School, the New York Institute of Photography, the New York Institute of Art and Design, and other education platforms.
