You are:
You are an experienced Business Intelligence Engineer capable of building BI solutions to better understand business and enable leadership to make informed decisions. In addition to creating analytical tools and reporting, candidate is expected to provide thought leadership and business analysis support as needed.
The work:
The Sales Excellence - Center of Excellence (COE) is responsible for the effectiveness and enablement of the sales methodology and sales and pricing services throughout the organization. The COE delivers services to portfolios primarily through the Sales Support teams made up of the Sales & Pricing Performance Business Partners, Analytics and Sales Operations.
This role is for an experienced Business Intelligence professional capable of managing and building BI, analytical and reporting tools, and providing business analytics support as needed.
You will:
Primary responsibilities include:
- Develop applications using QlikView/Qlik Sense/Power BI/Tableau.
- Develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Good Understanding of SQL with ability to create/modify stored procedures/views etc. to enable app development.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Collaboration, facilitation skills: ADVANCED
- Oral & written communication skills: ADVANCED
- Excel: PROFICIENT
- BI Tools: PROFICIENT
- GCP: GOOD TO HAVE
Here’s what you need:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent/master’s degree in Analytics/Technical field preferred
- A Minimum of 3 or more years of experience, which may include:
- Ability to conduct analysis, develop and communicate insights generated from the analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
- Experience with Data Visualization tools like QlikView/Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI.
- Extensive experience in various components of QlikView/Qlik sense like List Boxes, Multi Boxes, Tables, Charts, Current Selection Boxes, Buttons,
etc. with expertise in developing scripts for creating data models, variables, fields, and calculated expressions, basic and aggregated functions.
- 2 plus years’ experience with Excel/PowerPivot
- Analytics and Data Visualization experience in Sales, Pricing, Finance or related field.
- Experience in toolsets including Excel VBA automation, cube functions, SQL Server, PowerPivot, Salesforce, Einstein Discovery, and GCP.
- Understanding of Accenture sales process and systems
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail; ability to prioritize own workload and manage downstream stakeholders and resources.
- Quality assurance/thoroughness
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
