Mercedes-Benz Toorak is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Mercedes-Benz Toorak, responsible for guiding clients through the purchase of their new vehicles while providing exceptional service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to grow in the automotive sales industry and represent one of the world's leading luxury car brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about our new vehicle range, options, and features.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is desirable.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset.
- Valid driver's license (preferably manual).
- Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products is a plus.
