Who We Are Looking For:

As our Senior Regional Marketing Manager (LATAM), you will own and execute marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth across the region (for the moment, mainly Argentina and Uruguay, but we are also gradually expanding into Mexico and Colombia). You will work closely with the global marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships teams to localize strategies, ensuring our messaging resonates with the specific needs of HR professionals and businesses in Latin America. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and the HR tech landscape.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and regional marketing.
- Experience in SaaS and/or HR tech is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).




- Deep understanding of the LATAM market, including cultural nuances, customer behavior, and digital marketing channels.
- Focus on Lead/MQL/SQL Acquisition and Conversion - your main north star will be pipeline generated!
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance.
- Strong event management skills, with experience organizing and executing industry conferences, tradeshows, and networking events.
- Established relationships with industry influencers, media, and event organizers in LATAM.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot or Power BI) and digital ad platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- A passion for HR technology and how it helps companies build better workplaces.

Responsibilities





- Develop and execute the LATAM marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Localize global campaigns and content to ensure they align with the needs and pain points of HR teams and decision-makers in LATAM.
- Work closely with sales (AEs and SDRs) to successfully turn leads into deals that generate new MRR/ARR for the business.
- Manage demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, email marketing, webinars, events, and account-based marketing (ABM).
- Build and execute partner marketing initiatives in collaboration with local resellers, HR consultants, and technology partners.
- Optimize inbound marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, and social media, to drive organic growth in the region.
- Agency and Stakeholder Management:



Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to maximize the reach and impact of all field marketing activities.
- Support sales enablement efforts by creating localized collateral, case studies, and battle cards to empower the regional sales team.
- Measure and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for ROI and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes that may impact PeopleForce’s positioning in LATAM.
