Monks is looking for an Integrated Senior Project Manager who will manage marketing engagement channel programs for one of our top-tier clients. The Sr Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define our processes and work to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns and content through well-managed, on time and on budget projects. What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end project life cycle from briefing, creative development to delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including creative, design, and production, across different geographies.
- Help define the scope for each project, ensuring creative mocks meet the client's brief and business objectives.
- Coordinate translation/ localization for global campaigns
- Track required delivery dates of campaign components (e.g., targeting definitions, creative elements, legal approvals)
- Maintain constantly changing project priorities, timelines, and deliverables, with proactive communication across teams.
- Flag any missing components that jeopardize launch dates, and work with the appropriate teams to make updates
- Ensure quality control and review deliverables prepared by team, also ensuring they meet brand guidelines
- Support strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Run reports to track learnings and strategize approach for future campaigns
- Look beyond the day-to-day needs of a large account, ensuring the use of effective processes across the team
- Serve as the main client point-of-contact on certain aspects of campaigns
- Partner with account management and finance on scoping and budget needs
- Review project hour burn reports for program accuracy and risks
- Partner with Ops to accurately allocate resources
Who we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in a project management role, working closely with cross functional teams (i.e. account managers, art directors, developers) and clients
- Experience working on either the client side or agency side (preferably both)
- Experience in marketing campaign execution and understanding of performance metrics
- Project timeline development and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, navigating uncertainty and prioritizing when needed
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working autonomously and able to resolve or escalate issues appropriately
- High energy and go-getter attitude; comfortable working autonomously
- Proficient in Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets or equivalent (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Confident in project scoping abilities
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Strong team orientation
- Need someone with a high attention to detail and eager to learn
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
