As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Mercedes-Benz Toorak, responsible for guiding clients through the purchase of their new vehicles while providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.Provide detailed information about our new vehicle range, options, and features.Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a personalized experience.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.Collaborate with the service and finance teams to ensure a seamless experience for the customer.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.Skills & Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales is desirable.Passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.A positive,



proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset.Valid driver's license (preferably manual).Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products is a plus.Why Join Us?
