Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our self-serve go-to-market motion. This person will report to the Head of Marketing and will play a critical role in optimizing our conversion funnels, improving customer acquisition, and driving scalable growth through a data-driven approach. You will lead experimentation across digital channels, leveraging A/B testing, marketing automation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to refine and enhance the customer journey.
This role requires a highly analytical and technical marketer who is comfortable working across HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, VWO, and the rest of our tech stack . You should be an effective communicator,
able to interface seamlessly with engineers to implement changes that enhance user experience and conversion rates.
What You'll Do
Optimize the sign-up funnel across our marketing channels .
Develop and execute A/B tests using VWO on landing pages, lead forms, and marketing automation flows to optimize performance.
Manage and optimize HubSpot and Webflow to ensure seamless marketing operations and automation.
Build dashboards and track performance across various channels and cohorts using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant tools to measure and improve effectiveness.
Collaborate with content, product marketing, and paid media teams to improve acquisition and retention.
Implement marketing automation strategies to nurture and convert leads effectively.
Continuously analyze, report, and iterate on campaign performance to maximize ROI.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations in a self-serve or SaaS environment.
Strong expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing (VWO),
and marketing automation .
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, and VWO .
Deep understanding of growth strategies, user acquisition, and lead nurturing tactics .
Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making .
Experience in building dashboards and tracking performance across marketing channels and customer cohorts.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the payroll, fintech, or B2C services space.
- Experience with paid media strategies and attribution modeling .
