Your role at Clorox:
The Senior Sourcing Analyst position provides operational support to the Indirect Procurement organization on sourcing and contracting project support (project intake, RFX support, data analysis).
The position also provides the systems expertise and process controls needed to effectively and efficiently analyze and report on Indirect Procurement KPIs and Spend Analytics, where the role will collaborate closely with our Sourcing Excellence Team. Buenos Aires or Mexico City are preferred locations. Remote will be considered.
In this role, you will:
1. Provide operational support to Category Managers including (1) RFX support (NDA executions, pricing spreadsheets, analyzing and summarizing responses), (2) Analysis and Review of Expiring Contracts.
2. Partner with Category Managers on driving to contract execution on Projects: Intake projects, Drive Signature Process, Ensure Policy Compliance on Contract Storage.
3. Partner with Sourcing Excellence on analyzing and reporting on Indirect Procurement KPIs and Spend Analytics.
4. Simple Project Execution (e.g. new SOW for small value/risk project).
What we look for:
Years and Type of Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations or Analytics.
- Desired 5 years or more of experience in Procurement Operations or Analytics.
Skills and Abilities:
1.
Strong data management and analytics aptitude. Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
2. Robust planning and organization skills. Ability to prioritize simultaneous initiatives and establish workplans to execute on deliverables.
3. Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
4. Collaborative - Enjoys and thrives in an environment that fosters working jointly on shared objectives.
5. Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction.
6. Strong efficiency in currently utilized technology including Excel and Power BI.
7. Curious and embraces opportunities to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
Education Level/Degree:
- B.A. or B.S. Degree in related disciplines (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance), or equivalent experience.
