Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Sales Manager in Argentina, reporting to the Head of Latin American Business at Dreame Technology. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth through various channels.



This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will conduct market analysis, competitor monitoring, and contract negotiations with clients.

Qualifications

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the Smart Home Appliance and/or Consumer Electronics industries
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role with a track record of achieving sales targets and building successful channel partnerships.
- Familiarity with different sales channels and distribution models, such as resellers, distributors, system integrators, etc.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and close deals effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, channel partners, and customers at all levels
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.



Able to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information to identify opportunities and solve problems
- Adaptability and flexibility. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business requirements
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines and sales targets
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
- Results-oriented and driven. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver business results
- Self-motivated and proactive. Takes initiative to identify and pursue new business opportunities and solve problems without waiting for direction
- Strong ethical and professional standards.
