With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Automation Manager to join our team and drive our sales and marketing efforts using HubSpot.
Job Description: We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Director who will be responsible for optimizing our sales and marketing processes through the implementation and management of HubSpot, a leading marketing automation platform.
This role will play a crucial part in our digital transformation journey and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Implementation: Lead the implementation of HubSpot across our group of industrial equipment companies. Customize and configure the platform to align with our specific business needs.
- Sales & Marketing Automation: Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and sales automation workflows using HubSpot to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity within HubSpot by managing and cleaning contact lists, ensuring accurate segmentation, and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Lead Generation: Collaborate with marketing teams to generate high-quality leads and track lead conversion rates. Optimize lead scoring and qualification processes.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams on HubSpot best practices, tools, and features.
- Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and suggest improvements to enhance our marketing and sales efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and marketing processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Experience in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector is a bonus.
