We encourage you to bring new ideas, challenge the status quo, and lead the necessary changes to foster continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Acquisition Management Design the annual Hiring Plan, proactively anticipating the company’s talent needs in alignment with business growth.
Assess the feasibility of New Deals and determine the need for new hiring processes based on business requirements. Develop a talent acquisition strategy, prioritizing internal talent, referrals, or managing external recruitment as needed. Oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of qualified candidates to clients. Lead cultural fit interviews to ensure new hires align with the company’s values and culture. Develop and track recruitment metrics to drive continuous process improvements. 2. People Management Analyze training needs, coordinate skills development programs and follow up on progress. Organize 1:1 checkpoints to address challenges and support career growth. Implement People Care initiatives, including benefits and employee recognition programs. Oversee the implementation of incentive programs and bonus payments.
Requisitos
Bilingual English proficiency to collaborate with U.S. clients. Senior-level experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with international clients. Background in People Partner, People Care, HRBP, or similar roles.
Experience working with ATS and tracking HR KPIs.
