Marketing Experience Lead - Food Solutions

We’re searching for someone PASSIONATE about FOOD, who is looking for a fully empowered Marketing role in the dynamic and growing Food Solutions business.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Execute key categories’ strategies and annual activation plan within the Independents Operator Group (large & medium restaurant chains).
2. Lead the Independents multi-functional OCT with a growth mindset for UFS Chains business.
3. Own products strategy and strategy into action within Independents, informed by real-time insights.
4. Create Purpose-led brand content for Innovations & Renovations:
1. Craft Brand Led content for BET,
including all relevant assets for key touchpoints (including website/Product Experience pages).
2. Develop UBER Selling Stories, Killer Demos, and Sampling.
3. Provide claims, search keywords, and create sensorial content for product pages.
4. Ensure product campaign messages are integrated:
1. Integrated into the content calendar (works with Content Manager).
2. Map product messages with the different specific journey stages (works with Campaign & Automation Manager).
OTHERS:
1. Briefing, coordinating, and evaluating external parties such as Digital & Creative Agency and PR.
2. Support the Innovation & Brand team with valuable market data and insights.
3. Implement product launches synergizing with other areas (R&D;, Trade marketing, Finance, etc).
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
1. Solid Marketing or Trade Marketing skills.
2. Dynamic, result-driven, and customer-centric.
3. Ability to influence others, with a strong bias for action and prioritization skills.
4. Knowledge in Digital Marketing/Media Plans.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
1. English is mandatory.
2. B2B experience is a plus.
