A major multinational company dedicated to the production of renewable energies is looking for a HR ADMINITRATOR SSR to deal issues related to recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, regulatory reporting requirements, benefits administration, and other areas as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting with the development of recruitment campaigns.
- Participating in the appointment process for potential employees.
- Updating information in SuccessFactors and keeping the information updated in all HR systems
- Generating reports on recruitment metrics such as retention rates and staff turnover.
- Engages employees and resolves issues expediently, with professionalism and tact.
Escalates concerns as appropriate.
- Guides employees on company HR policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- University HR student or recently graduated (Equivalents may apply)
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience in human resources.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Working knowledge of HR systems and software, SuccessFactors or SAP is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting via LinkedIn.
- Intermediate or Advanced English.
- Proactive, hardworking, responsible, committed.
- Passionate about work and learning

- A TEMPORARY CONTRACT FOR 6 MONTH TO 1 YEAR
