We're looking for a proven, business-oriented Account Project Manager / Content Strategy & Marketing Lead to join our Conway+ team.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic profile with a strong background in social media marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Team, developing and executing social media strategies,
and overseeing project management for Conway+ marketing efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. You must understand how to balance the flexibility required of the agency, supported by strong organizational skills. You will be responsible for managing projects internally across the various Conway+ divisions, while working closely with the Account Manager/Director to understand the business and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Account/Marketing Project Manager:
Define the approach and scope of assigned projects (goals, deliverables, schedule).
Serve as primary internal project contact, overseeing the project’s progress and managing expectations.
Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve requirements into clear sets of deliverables.
Responsible for the planning, kick-off, execution, and delivery of all allocated projects.
Keep projects on track through clear task management, status reports, workflows, and meeting minutes.
Ensure delivery of all projects is done on time, on budget,
and of the highest quality.
Clearly communicate client’s objectives with the Conway+ teams and drive development of timely solutions.
Translate briefs into clear direction for the team.
Ensure client feedback is captured, delegating and overseeing the team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Regular upward communication to the Account Manager/Director for both client and internal team satisfaction.
- Social Media Project Manager:
Develop social media campaign strategies that align with business objectives.
Develop and manage Conway+ social media calendar.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the creation, scheduling,
and publishing of social media content across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
Utilize social media analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
Present findings to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions to improve future campaigns.
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide updates to the marketing team and other relevant departments.
Stay current with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Implement new strategies and techniques to enhance the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Provide training and guidance to team members on social media project management and best practices.
- General:
Ensure all team members are meeting expectations required, working with your manager to improve performance where appropriate.
Recommend and implement initiatives that will improve overall workflow.
Ensure adequate resources are planned and booked, overseeing the team pipeline.
Provide strategic support to meet business objectives.
Coordinate and attend meetings as requested.
Provide admin support as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 2-4 years of agency experience.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various internal divisions and teams.
- 3+ years' experience in marketing.
- Confident and clear written and verbal communicator; ability to communicate with senior level management.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Exceptional eye for detail: words, visuals, and numbers.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Highly organized and able to react and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Exceptional eye for detail: words, visuals, and numbers.
- Passionate about great design with the ability to understand and communicate the process.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to supervise and motivate the team while offering creative problem-solving.
Preferred, not required:
Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Real Estate and/or Hospitality marketing experience a plus.
Commercially-minded and a diplomatic negotiator.
