Sales Representative - Selecta (Córdoba)

Main Purpose:

As a Sales Representative - Selecta, you will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to maximize Bayer's portfolio integration across selective dealers. You will manage key customer relationships, ensuring strong demand generation, and driving sustainable business growth.

? Location: San Francisco, Freyre, Porteña, Brinkmann, La Para, Arroyito, Miramar de Ansenuza, Balnearia, La Francia (Córdoba, Argentina).

Travel required - must be based in the assigned region.

Your Outcome Will Be To:

- Manage and develop 8-10 key distributors across the region, building strong commercial partnerships.
- Drive demand generation initiatives and commercial planning, aligning with sales goals and market trends.
- Ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction,



demonstrating Bayer's integrated portfolio value.
- Conduct retrospective analysis of KPIs to enhance commercial effectiveness and market positioning.
- Lead and execute customer marketing plans and campaigns to maximize impact.
- Maintain updated agronomic and customer data in Bayer CRM for better decision-making.
- Provide technical and commercial training to agronomic advisors and dealers.
- Act as a change agent, implementing Bayer's GTM business model and digital transformation.
