What challenges await you?
Chaindots is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Analyst to drive brand awareness and lead generation in the risk and compliance industry. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll craft and execute B2B strategies, manage LinkedIn presence, create content, and lead outbound campaigns and events.
Your mission will be to deeply understand our clients, develop impactful campaigns, and foster strategic partnerships to fuel business growth in the US and LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and leadership team in defining and executing the marketing strategy aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
- Deeply understand our customer and develop the positioning strategy and messaging for our platform and its solutions.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for lead generation in a B2B environment.
- Manage the company's presence and strategy on LinkedIn, optimizing the platform to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
- Design and execute outbound campaigns to effectively reach potential clients.
- Create and distribute relevant and engaging content to increase engagement and generate leads.
- Coordinate and manage the company's participation in relevant events, ensuring effective presence and maximizing lead generation opportunities.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the performance of marketing strategies and make adjustments as necessary.
Must have!
- Previous experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on MQL generation.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent LinkedIn management skills and ability to optimize the platform for marketing objectives.
- Experience in designing and executing effective outbound campaigns.
- Strong content marketing skills,
with the ability to create relevant and engaging content.
- Ideally, experience in event management and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
- Analytical thinking and ability to analyze data to inform strategic decision-making.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Nice to have
- Knowledge about risks, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), compliance, fraud, cybersecurity, and/or similar areas.
- Additional languages: Portuguese.
