Your Role:
As we expand our AI Video capabilities and build a thriving developer community, we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of AI Video UX.
As a Senior Product Designer reporting to the Head of Product,
you'll lead the end-to-end product design for our video AI pipeline developer platform.
You'll craft experiences that make powerful video AI capabilities accessible to both technical and non-technical users, creating intuitive interfaces for complex technical workflows while maintaining the depth needed for developers.
This role sits at the intersection of developer tools and consumer products, requiring a unique blend of technical understanding and user-centric design thinking.
Responsibilities:Lead Product Design: Drive end-to-end design for our video AI pipeline platform, from initial concept to implementation and iteration.Create Cohesive Experiences: Develop user experiences that seamlessly bridge developer tools with consumer-facing applications.User-Centric Design: Conduct user research, create prototypes, and test solutions with both technical and non-technical audiences.Develop Scalable Design Systems: Build comprehensive design systems that scale across the platform while maintaining brand consistency.Collaborate with Engineering:
Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.Product Strategy: Use design thinking and user insights to shape and drive product strategy.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders across the organization.Qualifications:Extensive Product Design Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on developer tools or AI/ML products.Diverse User Experience: Proven track record of designing products that cater to both technical and non-technical users.Strong Portfolio: Demonstrates expertise in complex workflow design and system thinking.AI/ML Product Design: Experience in designing AI/ML products, particularly in making technical capabilities accessible to broader audiences.User Research Proficiency:
