**Who we are looking for**:
VML seeks an enthusiastic critical thinker and problem solver CRM & Loyalty Senior Strategistt.

Our CRM & Loyalty Senior Strategist work closely with data & analytics, content strategists and CX/UX roles to create impactful, integrated, and measurable relationship strategy and plans.

They will develop customer-centric experience, loyalty and CRM strategies for some of the world's strongest brands.

**What you'll do**:

- Build CRM & Loyalty strategies, considering short, mid and long-term roadmap.
- Defining multichannel strategy for data acquisition and enrichment, aligned with business objectives and segments definition.
- Collaborate with Data teams in analyzing performance of CRM/media campaigns strategies, and translating results into actionable insights through a clear storytelling.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis and synthesize insights from myriad sources to identify the most valuable opportunities.




- Building stakeholder relationships and support them in the transformation/implementation of new strategies.
- Taking ownership of the development and day-to-day management of client deliverables and presentations with a strong visual aesthetic and strategic rigor.
- Developing Point of Views, act as Subject Matter Expert and share best practices to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Marketing automation strategy definition through User Journey mapping, identifying opportunities to create automated communication journeys.
- Planning a test and learn approach, including A/B tests or best ways to show impact on brand objectives and KPIs.
- Design and facilitate workshops with clients to co-create or localize their CRM strategy.

**Who you are?**:

- 5+ years of experience in a related role, developing relationship,



loyalty and membership strategies for big companies or consultancy.
- Probed experience on CRM programs/initiatives strategic development, progressive profiling and data enrichment initiatives.
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, finance or social sciences.
- Being Advanced in English
- A demonstrated ability to work in complex environments with many stakeholders on a global level.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- A prominent level of proficiency in the use of Power

Point and Miro.
- Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skill
