Purpose of the role
Manage and control the strategic and operational management of human resources of the Organization, in order to ensure the integration, development and retention of qualified personnel to achieve the objectives of the Company, ensuring the normal development of relations between the management of the company and union representatives,
and also ensuring the full availability of all the personnel in their work posts. (Scope: Trivium Packaging Pilar & Trivium Packaging Madryn).
Job Responsibilities
1. Negotiate working conditions with trade unions that are represented in the Company, ensuring the availability of unionized personnel throughout the enterprise level, achieving the required flexibility based on the continuous requirements change in the organization.
2. Manage programs and compensation systems, promoting innovations in this area continuously to ensure the attraction and retention of human resources while guaranteeing the cost-benefit balance for the Company.
3. Manage and supervise the activities of Personnel Management, wage settlements, discipline, and management reports, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal regulations.
4. Manage the activities of internal communication,
ensuring compliance with internal rules and maintaining a good climate.
5. Manage people development and succession planning, providing the necessary tools for decision-making on human resources in the organization.
6. Manage policies and training programs to ensure the Group's strategy aligns with organizational goals.
7. Perform searching & hunting of candidates for heads of department and managers level.
8. Active participation in activities with top management involving business and labor relations, organizational changes, etc.
9. Maintain commitment to comply with policies/procedures/norms and instructions established in the Integrated Management System.
10. Coach managers and supervisors on personnel situations and maintain credible relationships towards a work environment with high morale, low employee turnover,
and high productivity.

1. Ability to lead and influence the plant leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
2. Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working directly on the shop floor, connecting with employees at all levels.
3. Skilled in managing and driving change within the organization.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Understanding of local labor laws and cultural nuances in Argentina.
7. Ability to foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
8. Capability to develop and implement long-term HR strategies.
9. Experience in coaching and developing leaders and employees.
10. Focused on achieving measurable results and continuously improving HR processes.

Proficient in using data and analytics to inform HR decisions.
12. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments.
