The Opportunity

Under the EY Fabric Platform Alignment Function, the Product Operations team is responsible for centrally driving, aligning, and managing all the Project, Talent, and Product operations services for the EY Fabric Layers, including the strategic oversight of personnel aligned to EY Fabric, whether they are EY internal or vendor-based.

The EY Fabric Product Operations Leader is responsible for designing the business processes to align and coordinate the execution of the different layers of EY Fabric, for driving the Product Activation sub-function, which aims to enable the Fabric consumption from the different CT practices and any other IT Teams, and for planning and coordinating the service line OKRs process.

Key Responsibilities

1.



Be end-to-end accountable for all business product processes across the Layers, working side by side with the Layer Leaders and the rest of Fabric Leadership to create synergies and ensure a seamless experience across the whole Platform.
2. Deeply understand and organize bottlenecks across EY Fabric product operations and turn them into well-articulated product plans and roadmaps across the different EY Fabric layers.
3. Ensure strong collaboration and communication between the EY Fabric internal stakeholders (Product Owners) and the Platform Engineering community, to align expectations and adjust priorities where necessary.
4. Define and drive the EY Fabric Talent Management strategy in alignment with CT Talent and CT Experience Management teams, preferred vendors, and location leaders where EY Fabric operates, focusing on talent planning,



forecast, and actual utilization.
5. Work with CT Experience Management and CT Talent teams to ensure the EY Fabric Product Management community has an exceptional employee experience and is aligned to the correct career frameworks and counseling structures.
6. Partner with CT BMO teams to run financial management processes and, together with the EY Fabric Alignment Lead, drive the annual budget preparation in alignment with EY Fabric product priorities.
7. Drive EY Fabric product vision and strategy by facilitating the definition of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), monitoring their achievement and making decisions accordingly.
8. Design automation patterns to reduce manual efforts in business management processes across the Fabric Layers.

Implement and drive the Fabric Activation sub-function across the layers to improve and facilitate the consumption of the platform services not only by the different technology practices but by any other IT teams. Organize Product Demos and Hackathons to drive product adoption.

Will be expected to make decisions and recommend approach based on the results from different inputs (market data, user feedback, quality reviews, platform telemetry, among others).
7. Ability to lead diverse teams through inclusive behaviors.
8. Experienced in driving a complex agenda in a high-pressure environment.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have

1. Experience leading Portfolio Management, Business Management, and Technical teams in a B2B software solutions environment.
2. Budgeting and financial management experience.
3. Excellent communication skills - strong verbal and written communication skills. Be able to explain technical information in a manner which is understood by non-technical clients.
4. Strong executive presence.
