The Supply Chain Finance Senior Analyst in Chemical Technologies is a high-profile position that requires close work and communication with ChampionX’s Chemical Technologies Supply Chain Business Partners and many other regional and functional leaders. This position leads through establishing strong business partnerships and working relationships, the preparation of various key deliverables including product costing analysis, proposed improvements to costing process and financial analysis related to the impacts of our monthly costing process, business reviews, develops plans for continuous financial and process improvements requiring close coordination with the division’s business leaders and finance teams.
This position also drives and supports other ad hoc analyses and projects within the Chemical Technologies Global Supply Chain. This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What You Will Do:
1. Proactively business partner to support key stakeholders.
2. Identify, measure and trend the key costing drivers and log errors for continuous improvement.
3. Perform and drive monthly reporting, analytical processes, and presentation support to deliver information to Supply Chain Team.
4. Contribute and actively participate in the strategic planning processes.
5.
Provide executive decision support, including reporting and analysis of key Global Supply Chain Chemical Technologies metrics and financials.
6. Ongoing communication, coordination and collaboration within Chemical Technologies finance, corporate, regions, and division finance leaders, globally.
7. Provide thought leadership and coordinate the design of the division’s Finance systems.
8. Facilitate in development or enhancement of analytical tools, systems & processes to support business insights.
9. Conduct and manage other ad hoc requests from senior leadership, including preparation of analysis and/or presentations.
10. Drive business decision making through business partnering with various business units.
11. Develop strong relationships effective communication with senior leaders and staff from different cultures and regions.
12.
Perform ad hoc projects to support business growth.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting / CPA / CA or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of related working experience, including management supervisory experience.
3. Extensive SAP and Oracle experience.
4. Strong financial analysis background that explains complexity in simple terms.

9. Management and/or Supervisory experience.
10. Proficiency in SAP/BI, Oracle HFM, Microsoft Office software (Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI.
11. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
12. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a working knowledge and prior experience with FP&A;, systems analysis.
13. Maybe some domestic and international travel.
